If you need a quotation, include your suburb, the type of work required and a few clear photos where possible. That helps us assess the job faster, especially for cladding, gutters, carports and steel structures.

What to include in your email
Clear details help us respond properly. Please tell us what you need, the site address, and whether it is a new installation or a repair. If there is a leak, say when it happens and where the water shows inside.

Response times you can expect
During normal working days, we aim to reply to email enquiries within one working day. For urgent leak repairs or storm damage, please mark the subject line clearly so we can prioritise the job and advise on the next available site visit.
In busy periods or after heavy coastal weather, some jobs need a short lead time. We will let you know what to expect before booking a measure or workshop schedule.
Why local conditions matter
Coastal humidity, salt air and strong wind can shorten the life of poorly fitted sheet metal. That is why we look at fixings, overlaps, falls and drainage carefully, especially on roofs close to the sea or in exposed areas.
For carports, gutters and wall cladding, proper measurement matters as much as material choice. A good fit reduces rattling in wind and helps prevent leaks when the rain comes down hard.
