What we supply for roofs, walls and site work
From small repairs to full new-build work, we supply and install the metal components that keep a structure dry, straight and ready for daily use. That includes roof sheets, wall cladding, custom flashings, gutters, carports and steel frames for light industrial, commercial and residential projects.
Because coastal conditions in Mossel Bay and nearby towns can bring salt air, strong wind and fast-changing weather, we pay close attention to fixing details, overlaps, falls and water run-off. A roof that is measured properly and flashed correctly lasts longer and gives fewer call-backs later on.
- Site measuring and take-offs
- Custom flashings for edges, ridges and wall junctions
- Gutter fabrication and gutter replacement
- Roof sheet installation and leak repairs
- Wall cladding installation for homes and business premises
Who we serve across the Garden Route
We work with homeowners, builders, property owners, farmers and small contractors who need practical metalwork done on time. Some clients need a single gutter section replaced, while others need a full steel frame erected for a new cover, carport or store area.
Our regular service area covers Mossel Bay, Hartenbos, Great Brak River, George, Wilderness and Sedgefield. If the site is in the southern Cape and the work calls for sheet metal or steel-building skills, we can usually assist. We know how local sites differ, from tight residential erven to open coastal plots where wind loading matters and access can be tricky.
- Homes needing roof leak repairs or new gutters
- Builders needing measured, made-to-fit flashings
- Businesses needing maintenance inspections and repairs
- Sites needing carports, canopies or steel structures
How we work from the first measure to final fit
Good metal work starts before the first cut. We begin with site measuring, check the slope and fixing points, then work out what is needed for proper water flow and a neat finish. That lets us quote accurately and avoid wasted material on site.
In our workshop, our team forms the required parts to size, then sends them out for installation or collection depending on the job. On site, our supervisor and installers make sure the work is aligned, sealed and fixed with care. We also factor in practical issues like load-shedding delays, coastal humidity and the need to finish areas cleanly so the rest of the build can continue.
- Measure the site and confirm the scope
- Fabricate the required parts in our workshop
- Install with attention to falls, joints and fixings
- Inspect the finished work and deal with minor adjustments
